CELEBRATION AND ADORATION FOR THE ONE WHO IS WORTHY OF BEING CELEBRATED

…have been looking out for a short writeup concerning Mawlidi Nabiyyi to put up here.

Wishing you a blessed Mawlid Nabiyyi

Joyfully and finally, I got a beautiful one. Alhamdulillah!

…coincidentally, it came from the same source of my last update (blog post). Just as I got my last blog update I got this. i.e scrolling on the phone screen in Sufi Meadows Whatsapp group, then I came across this beautiful writeup again posted in the group (Sufi Meadows Whatsapp) by the beautiful Imam (Shaykh Muhammad Abdullahi USA

And prior to this update, I got a sincere permission from the Shaykh himself. Alhamdulillah!

It is not a new thing that some Muslims of an extreme or what I could called exxagerated Aqida annually go against and condemned the celebration of the most beloved, most celebrated being in the whole worlds and the most praised ﷺ.

A shaykh said: The biggest bidi’ah (innovation) that has ever struck this Ummah (Muslim Nations) is the attempt to remove the love and devotion the belivers had in their hearts for the beloved Prophet ﷺ.

Likewise another Shaykh says: Those who are against the celebration of the birth of the most praised ﷺ, only love the message but not the Messenger ﷺ.

Fa’yuazu biLlah! May Allah ﷻ count us out among those kind of people Ameen.

Not to talk much, the beautiful text is as thus without exception or inclusion:

The name “Muhammad” is first and foremost concerned with describing the Prophet (Sal Allahu alayhi wa Salam) in the essential reality of his earthly manifestation. The name “Muhammad” is linked with praise (al-Hamdu), which is derived from the Divine Name “Al-Hamīd” (The Praised One).

The root of Muhammad is H-M-D, which means to praise, to thank, to celebrate the perfections of something or someone.
Muhammad is the passive participle of the second derived verbal form, which means “to produce praise” and “to make praiseworthy”. The name Muhammad therefore means: “He who has been made praiseworthy” or “he in whom praise is produced”.
In Arabic, the form corresponding to the name “Muhammad” qualifies nouns of place and time. Grammarians call these nouns “names of vase” or “of countenance”.
So the name “Muhammad”, which is at once a passive participle and a noun of time and of place, then takes on the meaning:
“He who is the place – or support – in whom praise is manifested during a given time or cycle”.

May Allah ﷻ increase the love we have for His beloved ﷺ in our hearts and doings. Ameen!

HAPPY MAWLID NABAWI SHERIFF 1439AH!!!
